HIRING THROUGH MOBILE DEVICES

Government regulations make home care a challenging field, and we struggle with recruitment & retention. To make our lives easier, I was active in a new virtual on-boarding process where we simplified our new hire process. We stripped the application down to it’s bare essentials and used JotForm, Zapier, and Doccusign to create a very simple 15 question form which would then pre-populate a 65 page application form.

We can now easily hire a caregiver directly through their mobile in one simple process.

STAFFING SHORTAGES

Hiring quality caregivers is difficult. In order to make the process easier, we streamlined the hiring process and made the application quick and friendly.

MOBILE USE

97% of our workforce used a mobile device to reach us in 2020. We wanted to use mobile friendly technology conduct 90% of the process.

FRIENDLY & EASY

We re-designed all of all of our materials and our entire application process so that one simple set of questions can pre-populate a complex application process, a lot of which is mandated and audited by the state.

OPERATIONS

We've seen a 200% increase in new applicants & a 120% increase in new hires.
