Every acquisition is different. Our company chose to keep their local brand presence because it had established value within the communities they served. I was tasked with managing these assets under new branding guidelines, creating deliverables, and tracking success.

Using Wordpress, Brandfolder, and Wrike I created a marketing portal.

The B2C marketing needs of this service line is complex. The marketing teams and local branches need access to their updated logos, PPT shows, in-person event materials, merchandise, 2D materials, and digital assets. Having easy access and management of these materials was crucial. I was able to update assets, distribute, manage, and track usage.

There were over 1,000 team members who worked for 8 separate brands. There were over 91 branch offices across 7 states on the East Coast.

Portal Creation

After careful planning, I created a “marketing portal” where our team members could:

  • grab their materials (self-service)
  • submit custom requests
  • access the company store
  • learn more about best practices
  • communicate with creative team

With this portal we were able to understand targeted marketing needs, enhance growth, and keep costs down. 

The marketing portal was accessed:

  • 4500 times within the first 3 months
  • 1400 assets were downloaded
  • 900 forms were filled out
